Hack Help Forum - davs 550 region code hack - Page 1

Hi guys and girls,
bit of background.........my wife loved gummi bears when she was younger, now we have our own children, she wanted them to watch the gummi bears aswell!!! I ordered gummi bears on region 1 dvd, thinking it might!?! play on my region 2 sony davs 550. (i doesnt)i have had a look around the net for a unlock/hack, and have downloaded a remote control onto my ipaq.
Unfortunately the system is getting on a bit and most of the links are broken. Im never hacked a dvd player before, and i would love astep by step guide using ipaq how to hack the dvd player to all regions.
