HI!

Sadly I've not got a multi regional hack for this, but like you I'm looking for one and have been for ages now. Every other DVD player I've had I've found a code for quite easily, sometimes they take a bit of hunting but this time it's bloody impossible.

I think the Technika DVD 1033 is a relatively new player, hot off the production line so to speak. If my research is correct (which revolves around what other people have written on-line) it's replaced Tesco's previous budget player Technika DVD1031 (Technika DVD 1031).

As such, how long does anyone think it may take for the multi regional hack to surface?

I've never monitored something like this, and frankly am still a little unclear as to where handset hacks come from.

Are they all leaked from the company main office?
Are they meticulously worked out by electronics geeks?
Are they chanced upon by accident by someone sitting on the remote in a funny way?

Is there something I can do, we all can do maybe, that'll make this hack surface a bit sooner, or is it just a case of passivly waiting around and checking Google every couple of weeks to see if anyone's posted something?
