Worked, no problem!!
1. Turn power on w/out disc.
2. Wait for message - 'no disc', or 'check disc'
3. Press pause on the remote
4. Press 3,1,4,1,5,9
5. Press 0 (for multi-regional)
6. Press pause again
7. Power off, wait @ 30 sec, power back on.

repeat steps if you want to check the change took place.
Very easy!!

Haven't had a chance to test any VCDs out to see if that hack worked for me.
Thanks!

Laidbackfem.

Unfortuantly, it seems they have changed this hack. I just exchanged an older model DVP615 for one that was manufactured in March 2007. The hack doesn't work. Does anyone have the new one?

I just bought a Zenith DVP615 manufactured July 2007. Have you or someone ever found a way to change the region code to "0" ? Any help would be much appreciated...

Thanks! Regards,

Zamora
