Sony DVP-SR100

Competent

I'm looking for a multi-region hack for this player.

It's assumed there are no hacks for this player which is untrue.

When i asked a retailer about buying one (open) he produced a remote to hack it.
I didn't see the remote not the code used.

Just tried a similar hack from other postings.
The menus appear as below but the hack does not work using either 2812(0) or 12450.

ANY IDEAS PLEASE?

Switch DVD to Stby
Press on R/C ‘TOP MENU’ – ‘CLEAR’ – ‘POWER’
A menu appears – ‘Remcon Diagnosis Menu’
Choose Option 2 and then Option 4
Enter with R/C ‘1 2 4 5 0’ and press Enter
0 0 0 0 0 appears press ‘Enter’ and switch to Stby
