Just got my Philips BDP 3000 a great Bluray/DVD & DivX player, now all I need is a hack so I can play my region 1 DVD's can anyone help.

Hack for DVD discs NOT BluRay discs
1) No disc in tray
2) Press "HOME" key on remote control
3) Press numbers "1 3 8 9 3 1 0" on remote

I'm the Homer Simpson of this forum - what is the "home" key ?

I've tried just about every key on the supplied remote control - no joy.

Help me out please somebody !!!
