Does anyone know the most reliable and reasonably priced place to get my sony dav-s300 dvd multi-region chipped.

Hi Linda - There are lots of chippers around.
I got a price from www.**banned-url***.co.uk.
They have a full list of sony dvd,s including costs ,take a look at the web site.

I wasn't referring to the "magic" or flash methods, the 335 firmware works ok on the 345.
