Just bought a Sony DVP NS 430 ,do I have to get it chipped to play multiregion or are there other means to do so ?

I have just bought the same player tonight just so that I can play vcd!!!, I need the same info please, have not found a hack yet, but when I do I'll let you know, please do the same for me
