Speilberg was down here the summer before last filming the movie... according to Michael Morpurgo, the film is very true to his book! Premier was yesterday in New York.

It is amazing.  He's my daughter's favourite author.  She sent him a 'book' she helped write towards the end of last school year and he actually wrote back with some great comments!
She's actually nagged me for a few years now to read the book - I'll do it soon. Happy

The 'puppets' are fantastic (seen them before) and I'd love to see the show.
