Finally got a job!

Hi,

I have been unemployed for 13 months after working all my life and was really starting to get in a real downer after applying for at least 60 jobs and getting no reply back, my mortgage payment protection is due to stop next month also.

So i wrote some letters and posted my CV away to random companys around my area a few weeks ago, i got a phone call yesterday to go for a job interview and got told today i have the job.....it's only 10 mins walk from my house too.

Unbelievably about 60mins after that i got a phone call from my previous employer asking i f i would like to come back but could just be temp for a few months!

Maybe i can stop posting drivel on these forums now and even stop complaining about RJS new tabbed look....it's looking fine today.

I am doing what i have always done being a machine setter. and as it's continental shifts i can work part time in my brothers PC repair shop.

Happy days. Mad how it works out with things like that, as I had the same straight after uni was proper down in the dumps and then got a few job offers on the same day.

I'll have a pint also.
