Here's hoping they're either just busy or on holiday.

Rob, when you send out your weekly email to us all, can you temporarily add a bit to it, saying "if you're now unable to log in, this is what you need to do..." with maybe the option to contact yourself to get the problem solved?

So long as they haven't assigned your emails to their spam folder (heaven forbid!) then hopefully it'll eventually bring them all back again.
