from what iv read he was looking for trouble and this guy wasnt the 1st he assaulted that day, try him, whether or not he's convicted is another matter but there is certainly enough evidence to charge him i would think

If you were to push someone over with sufficient force to cause injury resulting in death, you'd face manslaughter charges.
