The John Hill trial on 9th May (7/7 ripple effect)

This guy produced a film called the 7/7 ripple effect which made out that the four london bombers were patses, and that the whole incident was a false flag attack, to keep people wanting 'war on terror. and justifying continous wars.

OK, whether true or not, what happened next was a compete misscarrage of justice.

He forwarded a few of his DVD's from Southern Ireland to the UK, to a Judge in the 7/7 trials, so that he could show them to the jury, but the Judge instead, said he was perverting the course of justice and got him extradited to the UK last year and he was put in UK prison, for sending a few DVD's to a UK Judge.

He is out now on bail and his interesting trial will be tomorrow.

What the biggest worry is how a man can be removed from one counrty to another, and jailed without trial, (pending trial) all for sending a judge a few DVD's. This must have been seen as a very serious crime to require extraditon, and extraditon was granted.

There has been very little mainstream media coverage on this, and I expect his trial, will also be hushed up, I await to see the outcome.

It seems an awful lot of goverment legal clampdown on this guy just for sending a few DVD's to a judge. The 7/7ripple effect film can be found internet with a search. if you wish to see his alternative view on 7/7.

Some conspiricy sites on the subject....

In fairness, according to the definition then he would be guilty of attempting to pervert the course of justice.  If the criteria for the charge is made up of these three acts:

Fabrication or disposal of evidence
Intimidating a witness or juror
Threatening a witness or juror

then he would be technically be guilty under the first act.

Ah the classic conspiracy nut approach to life:

Anything that a conspiracy nut is interested in that the mainstream media isn't, is being hushed up.
Anything they aren't interested in is the media in league with the government burying bad news.
Anything the mainstream media does cover that disagrees with the conspiracy nuts view on things is a cover up.

The fabrication of evidence is quite an interesting angle, but makes you wonder why they had to go to the extent of an extradition and a lock up of over 120 days.

Maybe he will be allowed to show his film '7/7 ripple effect' in court as evidence, as the southern Irish court refused to even look at the DVD as evidence, before deciding to send him to the UK. He should have told them the DVD copies contained a Mickey Mouse film instead, and he would have been free, silly man Grinning

Anyway, As I said in the starting message, it will be interesting to see his trial tomorrow, and if it is covered by the national newspapers in the next few days.

And what fabrication of evidence would this be then?

seriously, why? A jury has to remain impartial, and by the sounds of it, this movi is nothing but the opinions of a few people, with little basis in fact, and as such, has no place in a courtroom.

Attempting to pervert the course of justice sounds about spot on actually

I assume bandicoot is referring to your first point?  i.e it's an interesting angle if that's the 'act' he's to be 'tried' under.?..?

If this DVD is why he is in the Court in the first place, I'd love to know why it has no place in the courtroom.  How can they possibly say the contents are an attempt to pervert the course of justice without seeing it? Confused  Any piece of 'evidence' especially the sole reason the accused is there in the first place has every place in the courtroom.  Or are you suggesting they should find him guilty without having seen it?
He may well be a crackpot conspiracy theorist but to try and find him guilty without seeing it sounds bizarre and unjust to me.

David Icke.

Because it isn't evidence in a court of law?  It's not part of the Defence case and not part of the Prosecution case, so it isn't admissable.  Do you not watch Law & Order?

I know, let's not bother with the tried and tested justice system, let's instead just bombard every trial with DVD's full of opinion and insist the jury sees them as part of their deliberations even when they're not part of either side's case.

wrong trial SJ. He was trying to use the 'theories' in his DVD to sway the Jury in the 7/7 trials.

By all means, show his DVD at his own trial. I'm sure they'll have a good laugh at it
