Nick Courtney better known as The Brig has passed away at the age of 81, shame he never got to appear in the new series.
'Fancy a dance sir?' 'Kind of you Captain... I think I'd rather have a pint!' RIP old chap.

He did look ill in the last Doctor Who episode he was in, and that was about 22 years ago

Aw I liked him, I wish all senior army people were like that. We probably wouldn't win any wars, or maybe even any skirmishes, but by jolly heck we'd be British whilst we did it! Whato!
Must go listen to some of the Doctor Who audio series he was in.
