Anyone here use Twitter?

I'm MrNeilB if anyone else uses it.

It took me about 9 months to get into it. Coupled with the fact you cannot listen to any BBC broadcast without them mentioning it every twenty seconds....but i'm into it big time. Mainly use tweetdeck on iphone.

I do find that most people dont 'get' it. Also ppl are so accustomed to facebook they expect something similiar but its not.

Bung yr handle name in this thread.

Yes i do, to my wife, kids, parents, friends, customers etc...you get the idea.

I find that facebook and twitter are great in addition to the above.

Never looked at facebook, but do use twitter. Got into it just over a year ago to follow the Formula 1.

I don't post any messages just read other peoples in the days leading up to an F1 weekend.

yeah i follow Jake whatisface....good and insightful tweets.

Most of my news now comes from twitter too.

'Breaking News' and Sky newsdesk are good ones + CNN

I'm mainly a stalker of others (Dave Grohl daily tweets about the new foos stuff) but I do ramble at times @juls101

Neiliboy , what's the point of protecting your tweets? Isn't the fun of twitter over facebook that you can hear/ read what everyone is saying :S

I'm on, but to be honest still haven't got into it.

The main thing is it has been "tweeting" is automated from my last.fm account.

I'm @busjmil2, although don't expect anything interesting
