he's completely surrounded standing on a riverbank. He's not got the shotgun pointed at his head anymore but they're setting up lighting rigs so negotiations can continue.

If I might make a suggestion - shoot him in the gun arm, rush him while he's recovering from the shock and take the f***er into custody

Stupid **** should've waited though , if the the police hadn't found him by Saturday they were going to up the reward to £20,000 and call it a Raoul over.
