...when reading the BBC's report that quitting smoking increases the risk of developing diabetes, but in true tabloid style (after the sensationalised headline of course!), the real reason of increased weight gain is given as the contributory factor a few lines down.
Granted the two can be linked, but woeful journalism all the same.
