Tabloid newspaper question

During the first week of december 2009,
I saw a cartoon picture of a polar bear on a bit of drift ice paddleing toward copenhagen.

I would be interested to know if any one could remind me which paper & day it was

That's excallent,
That is the main 'news paper' that we have at work

So that I might find the item on their website, could you please guide me any more, please?
