Both Kelly and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied they were the ones appearing on the tape, which was played for the jury at the beginning and end of the trial.
Over seven days presenting their case, prosecutors called 22 witnesses, including several childhood friends of the alleged victim and four of her relatives who identified her as the female on the video.
In two days, the Grammy winner's lawyers called 12 witnesses. They included three relatives of the alleged victim who testified they did not recognize her as the female on the tape.
The jury still had to watch the video twice - just to make sure

Even if it was him you can't stop someone earning a living just because they have been charged with something - unless, of course, they have been remanded in custody. Innocent until proven guilty.

I couldn't care less how you type, I just get really p***ed off that as soon as a celebrity, haven travelled through the due process off the law and been found not guilty, is immediately assumed to have paid off the jury, judge, witnesses, and only got off because he had a high-priced laywer, and is, in fact, completely guilty of everything because 'I said so'.
