Sorry this has taken so long - but only just been able to weigh myself this afternoon...
Although I have been on my regime since Sunday.
Target is 13st
(If I reach this the missus says she will buy me a Wii)

Please state your start weight:

27th May
15 st 12

Do you think we should go for an update every week or fortnight?

I only know from yesterday morning...

Date: 26th May
Weight: 16st 0lb
Height: 6'3'' (or 6'4'' depending on who's measuring!)
BMI: 28
Target: 15st 0lb

I reckon a weekly update is fine.

Weekly is my vote.

Didn't start properly due to BH BBQ's & suchlike not a very promising start today due to large Loafers lunch because I was setup (literally) for a day full of shifting PC's between two sites.

Date: 27th May
Weight: 12st 9lb
Height: 5'7''
BMI: 27.5 (Using NHS link on next page)
Target: 12st 0lb for July holiday (2.5 months).

The only weigh is down.

I consider myself an optimist, albeit an optimist with cynical tendencies and a dark side that Lucifer himself would find a little creepy. (Perhaps you’ve noticed.) You don’t normally associate cynicism with an upbeat pov. But I have exactly that combination and will defend it.

Yes. Go on, go and get a salad leaf.

I'm about 12 1/2 stone (6ft tall) and would like to lose about half a stone. Though the wife keeps telling me otherwise, I'm still intending to do it, albeit slowly.
