Andy Priaulx in his BMW Team UK car has become the first British driver to win the FIA World Touring Car Championship after finishing second in both races in the final race meeting of the season in Macau, China.

Yeah watched a bit of this on Eurosport, nice one Andy European champion last year, World champion this year, the guy is a legend in tin tops. Would be nice to see him and Gary Paffet get more of a chance in F1 than the occasional test

Nice one!.
Pity he wont even get a mention on the news as he isn't a footballer.
Or for that matter a cricket or rugby player, although they are only mentioned if we have won something!.

bugger - another flippin race I've missed as it's not advertised.

I must have checked the wtcc website every week for the last 2 months and then forget when the race is on.

Nice one Andy.....and how good is it to see Zanardi racing competitvely so soon after that horrendous champ car crash...bought a tear to my eye when he won a race earlier in the year.

why take life so seriously..its not like you are going to make it out alive
