Hyperlink is working but I just can't get the pic to show.

Make sure you use the proper IMG tags around the URL of the image you're trying to show.

Use IMG to start and /IMG to finish, using square brackets around them.

Something to do with new members having to wait for a couple of weeks until sigs will work.

My sig isn't directing either.
