Spam emails every 15 minutes blocking my email

Competent

I'm getting an email off someone every 15 minutes. Same message each time

I first blocked sender, so the email went to my deleted box.

Then I set the rule so the email would not be downloaded from the server.

Now I've got a mailbox full message - I assume this is because the messages are sitting in an "account". Any advice on how to stop this properly?

You can set a rule like you did to tell it not to download them from the server, but instead, choose to delete it straight away from the server. This'll stop your email box filling up, but only while your email program is running and checking your mail every few minutes.

It won't stop your mail box from filling up while your email program isn't running. What ISP is it, do they have a web interface, where you can set message rules up, or block people, directly on their site?

Don't forget to report is as spam (for what good it'll be) at spam@the_senders_isp
