Just reminded of this on the 'How did you get your forum name' thread. If you haven't seen it, You take the name of your first pet (if you've never had a pet, your aunt's/Uncles's/Best friend's pet) Then your mother's maiden name.
Another variation is the name of the street/road/avenue where you grew up.
So the first one is Sam Kench
2nd is Sam Flaxpond
Well, I'm pretty dull, but I'm sure there's some hill-arious ones out there...
