Empire`s 100 DVDs you must own

Competent

Empire have done a feature on “The 100 DVDs you must own”… while I’m not sure that I agree with all of them, I have managed to collect 45 of them so far… how about you guys?

33 myself, even includes Superman which I purchased today despite the the fact that I've always found astoundingly boring and overlong. Not sure why I did that.....

33 dvds mind you theres only a few that I want out of the 100 must own :-s

The ones that I'm after are now on the list are:-

Alien (They are re-releasing them as a 5 star collection this year)
American Beauty
Das Boot
Easy Rider
Godfather trilogy (reason I haven't bought because I have read that the picture quality is crap)
Jurassic Park
Matrix Revisited
Trilogy of the dead (I think Anchor Bay is releasing them as a special edition on region 1)
Platoon
Requiem of the dream
Rocky
Silence of the Lamb (never bought it cos of clouding probs)
Simpsons season 1 box set
Twelve Monkeys
Usual Suspects
Wild Bunch
24 hour party people (the dvds not even out yet!!!)


So what dvds have you still got to get?
