Favourite Movie Theme/Score?

So then, what's your favourite movie them/score? I'm influenced to write this thread after listening to a compilation earlier, and I'm still pretty much undecided. In my opinion some of the scores written for films are by far the best classical music around. So anyway...

My Top 6:-
LOTR - Fellowship
Gladiator
The Green Mile
Forrest Gump
Star Wars
Indiana Jones

Let me just check which CD's I actually shelled out for...

Blade Runner (Vangelis) never strays far from my CD player so that has to be my fave.

Other soundtracks that I'm impressed by

Heat
Sneakers
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
Star Wars: Episode V
Fifth Element

Basically anything by John Williams, James Horner or Ennio Morricone is always impressive.

For sheer eightiesness I like

Beverly Hills Cop
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
Ghostbusters
Footloose
Top Gun

And for some strange reason, I like the Titan AE soundtrack.
Sorry about that. Happy

Anything that used a srong strings/wind section always gets my vote. Braveheart and gladiator always bring a tear to my eye. There are just too many to mention.

But my favourote opening track has to be Jay and silent bob strike back. Apologies to the purists, but that creases me up every time

Ahh, good call ironduke, I loved that soundtrack.
Just a pity you can't buy the full thing on cd though.
They said on the dvd commentary that they'd never be able to afford all the rights to each track.
