had a go with a dualshock2 pad as well 
didnt do as badly as i thought i would, 7 kills 5 deaths (dropped in half way through game) one thing i did notice, the ps2 pad i was using seemed to have less dead space than my last dualshock 3 pad....

Looks like my ps3 gaming days might be over, the ps3 3.5 update has killed it 
banco have allready released a patch, but it doesn't seem to work...

You mean that the latest bollox update (to integrate Facebook and 3D BD....hang on, didn't they do that already....??) has killed peripheral add ons too?
I'm still on 3.41 but this just really makes it roll on a custom FW if they can do it.

Apparently it effects quite a lot of 3'rd party peripherals (ie, peripherals that operate via a USB dongle rather than bluetooth)

anyone else lost the ability to sign in after 3.50?
keeps asking me for my password, but when i enter it, it tells
me it's incorrect. also get an error message when trying to
retrieve my password.
****ing **** tbh.
**edit** D'oh, PSN is down apparently, until about 1am.
