Not really an EGG at all, but there are 2 glaring continuity errors in it:

When Shrek opens the door to his shack carrying Princess, the door hinges inwards: When he kicks out donkey a minute later it hinges out!

Later, when Cat attacks him, Cat bursts out of his jumper, but in the next shot the jumper is undamaged.
