But now I'm over the sock and have heard more about it,Surely if it's a centipede that should be plural.
If anyone wants me I'll be back in pedants corner.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what 'it' was.
Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's 'it' seems weird and scary
I've heard that it's one of those films that you're better off seeing it without having seeing or reading anything about it so I've avoided all trailers and just about every press release that comes my way! I hope to see it with 'eyes wide open' when it appears on Blu-ray.

My friends who saw it, saw it at Frightfest 2009, strange it took a year to get a limited cinema release. I guess they've gone to dvd so quick to take advantage of the limited good/bad publicity surrounding the cinema release, and due to internet piracy.
This movie was on Syfy last night so I Sky Plussed it, out of sheer curiosity. Still can't believe that in the course of a year, it was released, went to cinema, and then DVD, then got onto TV - so quick!
cheers, didn't see it was on, it's repeated Friday night, Saturday night, and Monday night so I'll record it then.
Well, I watched half of it yesterday morning, and the other half this morning. I was determined to see it through to the end, but would not recommend it to anyone with a weak stomach as it was easily the most gruesome disturbing and shocking movie I have ever seen, and that's saying something.
Without giving away any spoilers, has anyone here who has watched it actually ENJOYED it? I am simply lost for words!
I have to say I actually enjoyed it. It was different, a throw-back to the Eighties body horror flicks, and with a nod to the sense of humour in Stuart Gordon's films. I also thought the lead performance was something of a hoot- bordering on too camp to take seriously.
I honestly think the concept is far more disturbing than the execution (apart from maybe one or two revolting instances)/.
