Been rated by BBFC, 12A and 161 minutes long.

12A is the certificate of choice these days, isn't it? Low enough for kids to see it, high enough not to put off adults from going.

161 minutes: hope they have an intermission so I can go and buy a tiny tub of ice cream with a little wooden spoon from the lady standing down the front of the theatre.

161 MINS!!! Bloody hell, he used to cut his epic sci fi down for the theatrical release, and release his prefered version on laserdisc, and eventually VHS. You would think he would do the same now, and release a director's cut on Blu Ray.

Maybe he still will! Maybe he chose that option rather than the Tarantino decision of Kill Bill 1 and 2.

that's still shorter than a Lord of the Rings film.

Cameron may have a huge ego, but at least he doesn't believe in his own hype unlike Tarantino.

Yes, a song by a hugely popular singer is bound to make people not want to see the film Confused

The film was press shown over the past two nights and mostly the reviews are stellar - Both Total Film and Empire gave it 5/5. Even the few remotely negative reviews have all admitted that the film is staggering in scope.

I am not worried.

Look at Titanic, that had that super s***e Celine Dion song, and that still broke major box office records world wide.
