AFAIK yes but there are many who can do a much closer rendition of the voice than what I just heard.
I think there's even one of that group that does Avenue Q does a close-to-Fozzy voice.

Are you getting confused with Jim Henson, who also voiced Kermit? Fozzie & Miss Piggy were both voiced by Frank Oz, who most certainly isn't dead...

I think I am getting confused with somebody, but not Jim Henson. I'm sure someone to do with the Muppets recently died.
