Back to the Future Trilogy Blu Ray

Hello all

I haven't been on here for about 4 years and it's nice to see that some of the regular posters from that time are still here!

One of the last things I was posting about was the newly released Back to the Future dvds. Anyway it's surely time to grow up move on.........

and talk about the Back to the Future Blu Rays! Hurrah!

Obviously we are all going to get these films again and we've all read about the new extras (which don't sound that exciting to me) but I wanted to ask if anyone knew anything about the deleted scenes on this new set.

The spec says that there are 16 deleted scenes, the same as the dvds, but wasn't there a cigarette commercial that the manufacturers of the dvds screwed up and missed off so it was only accessible through finding the file on your computer? (Although you can watch it on youtube.)

Also I read that the producer said that there were more deleted scenes from BTTF3 that were only discovered after the release of the dvds, (the DeLorean's disintergrating tyres after Marty touches them).

Does anyone know if these are going to be included or will we have to wait for the 30 year anniversary triple dip edition?

I do know that included with the deleted scenes are Eric Stoltz as Marty Mcfly before he was sacked and replaced by Michael J Fox.

There was some previews of these scenes about somewhere.

The Stoltz footage is in the documentary, is 3 short excerpts and has no sound with it, just the interviews over the top of it - nothing to get too excited about, sadly!

Hmmm, I may even wait until after Christmas for this then. I've seen the Stoltz footage anyway.
Probably not worth paying full price for - bah!

Thanks.
