It looks like on of those films that could go either way: dreadful and cringeworthy or a riot with many memorable lines. Based on the trailer, I'm going with dreadful.

This sounds like it was pitched at one of those Hollywood parties by two drunken movie execs desperate for an idea and just came up with that Hot Tub Time Machine, and then tried to make a story out of the title.
