Play247 has dispatched it to me on 7th but I haven't received it yet, I wonder if customs they have had there mits on it.

What day did Play247 dispatch it to you and the actual time you recieved it?

The reason for the charge is due to the fact that their is no prepay charges option for play to use as they ship all R1 discs from Canada.

well it's arrived, but i was at work, so i got a post office note stating i have to pay 6.99, oh well, it's still a bargain...

Ok, I'm confused by this £6.99 charge.

The set costs £39.99
Tax is 3.5%
VAT is 17.5%

39.99 * 1.035 * 1.175 = 48.63

Which puts the charge at 8.64 (plus any post office fees).

So where the hell did they get 6.99 from? That charge technically means that they are valuing the goods at less than £39.99 ! This is very weird!

well if play are going to refund it then i dont see the problem. oh and ur set will arrive a few days late. Its good that they are refunding the charges

Ordered mine from boxoffice arrived on 12th no problems was going to cancel but took the risk.
