Am I wrong are aren't they shooting Indy 4 soon? If they are this will surely make November's box set a duff buy.
cheers.
Not nececelery. When they release Indy 4, everybody's going to say its a bag of sh*te and not a patch on the original films. They'll particularly hate the irritating CG character (my money's on them digitally resurrecting poor old Denholm Elliott), and of course when the DVD comes out, nobody but nobody will dare stand the new picture alongside the originals. Would you put "Attack Of The Clones" on the same shelf as the original "Star Wars"? At the very least you'd stick the "Gollum" figure out of the LOTR:TTT extended box in between them to prevent contamination.

I would like to know if the temple of Doom is going to be the cut version, or if its going to be re-submitted to get the full cut.

For the man who doesn't take himself as seriously as his moisturising regime.
It's interesting that they've renamed Raiders as "Indiana Jones and the Raiders Of The Lost Ark". Wonder if they'll add that to the opening titles of the movie?

You could always take the bonus features disc out of the box set
and replace it with the new film when it's released. It will probably
have similar cover art.

Here's an answer to your comments from DvdReview....
No time for alterations Dr. Jones

A little follow-up on yesterday's announcement. Much concern has risen over the first Indiana Jones adventure, Raiders of the Lost Ark. For many years the video box has listed the title as Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. According to Paramount Home Entertainment, although the upcoming DVD case will feature the altered title on the video box, the film itself will remained unaltered, unlike most of George Lucas and Steven Spielberg's other films. This is good news for film preservationists.
