9. from their website, more at amazon

waterstones was the only place I saw real bargains. Annuals 1.99

didn't see much else exciting in the sales, HMV was a waste of time.

Game was heaving but their bargains seem to be on website, not in store, although the real bargains seem to have sold out the second the Christmas eve email went out.

I bought some new pc speakers in pcworld, 'cos they had £20 off, which made the same price as amazon on line.

A lot of shops had lots of ppl, but not many ppl buying. As I've noticed before, the only shopping bags in abundance seem to be Next, but I didn't go in there.

Yup, had a look about today (it become a bit of a running joke/tradition that my sister and myself go to the boxing day sales to find some bargains)

HMV waste of time - in store at least

ASDA living - waste of time (last year it was crammed with half price books, half price dvd's, this year its all '2 for £20' on new release dvd's and '2 for £15' deals on books which dont give much of a saving and even less when you compare prices online)

WHSmiths - I think staff should be issued with striped jumpers and masks because at their prices Id feel like Id been robbed, books that are £10 everywhere else are marked down as '£4 off RRP' to make most of them at least £14 in the 'sale'

The best bargains were in Boots where the usual sale of giftsets provided some cheap smellies

So my bargain hunting bought me gifts for 3 peoples up coming birthdays and a new printer from Comet (less than half price) for myself ...hmmm

I very rarely shop at HMV, as they are a complete joke all year round when it comes to buying dvds.

Asda sell the same s***e at those prices all year round so there's no real bargains there.

CEX is getting the same when it comes to bargain hunting, only they sell second hand dvds and blu rays at high street prices! Can they actually get away with that?

I stopped going in GameStation when I noticed their 2nd hand prices were same as brand new on internet.
