Still waiting for these muppets to send me a DVD I ordered 2 weeks ago.

It took them 2 1/2 weeks to send me the last DVD I ordered. After emailing a complaint, they blamed warehouse technical problems. The annoying part was that they had "this item will be shipped in 24 hours" constantly displayed in the 'My Orders' section of their website. The second complaint went unanswered. I think I'll be avoiding their online service in the future, unless it's a mega-bargain.
